Position title:  LPN     

Description:  Have the license, knowledge and training required to perform routine nursing duties. Ability to utilize electronic health records, administers medications, draw blood and work closely with the provider and/or mid-level provider. 

Full time/part time: FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME EVENING

Position title: CERTIFIED MEDICAL ASSISTANT

Description:  Have the certification, knowledge and training required to perform routine nursing duties. Ability to utilize electronic health records, administers medications, draw blood and work closely with the provider and/or mid-level provider. 

Full time/part time: FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME EVENING

PRN: AVAILABLE

Position title: NURSE PRACTITIONERS OR PHYSICIAN ASSISTANTS

Description:  Licensed as a Registered Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant and qualified to take patient histories, perform physical exams, order labs, analyze lab results, prescribe medicines, authorize treatments and counsel patients and families on care.

Full time/part time: FULL-TIME

Position title: MEDICAL DIRECTOR

Description:  Responsible for the administration and management of all medical services provided by the center.  Provides leadership in activities, process and policies that result in high quality patient care driven by system-wide clinical practices and standards.  Serves as a member of the Executive Cabinet in advising and making recommendations on matters relative to health trends, issues and formulation of health policies and priorities.
