Babies First Connect
Now that your baby is on the way, it's time to think about his/her healthcare for the next 18 years and beyond. Our "Babies First Connect" program invites our pregnant patients to meet our pediatric providers. Once you deliver, we will send you a congratulations package. When you bring your baby in for his/her first pediatric visit, you will receive a gift welcoming your little one to our family.
Turning 65 Never Looked so Good
Seniors Welcome to Medicare Campaign
Through our "Turning 65 Never Looked so Good" program, seniors who are turning 65 are encouraged to schedule your Welcome to Medicare Wellness Visit. Our provider will review your medical and social history. You will receive education and counseling about preventive services, the appropriate screenings, flu and pneumococcal shots, and referrals for other care if needed. Best of all, it's FREE! Your Welcome to Medicare Wellness visit is covered by your Medicare insurance at 100% with no out-of-pocket cost.
Connecting to your provider just got easier. "WhiteCoatConnect" allows you to connect with your provider without leaving the comfort of your home or job via internet access on your computer, tablet or smartphone. It's a great way for you to save time and money. Telehealth visits can include lab test results, behavioral health management, medication management, skin conditions, prescription management, and family planning services like deciding on the best birth control methods for you. We also advise you on proper treatment for coughs, stomach aches, ADHD or ADD treatment, and managing chronic conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol.
